At ANDI, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn and unwashed.

Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
